What should I bring with me to the Sauna?
Swimwear … come sauna-ready so you can begin your session straight away.
Water- stay hydrated in the heat
Two towels (one for drying , one for sitting on)
Footwear - for that dash to the river!
Sauna hat (optional) regulates your temperature, and it looks cool; you’ll get lots of compliments from others.
& most importantly… good vibes!
Do you have a cold plunge?
Not yet, it’s in the works. We currently have a cold shower and access to the river.
When shouldn’t I use the Sauna?
Please seek medical advice before coming if any of the following apply:
You’re taking regular prescription or over the counter drugs.
You’re pregnant or suspect you are. (Most pregnant women avoid coming in the first trimester)
You have any cardiovascular conditions or are taking blood pressure medications You have a pacemaker or defibrillator.
You’ve had a heart attack in the last 6 months.
You have a recent joint injury, or you have joints that are chronically swollen.
You have metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any other surgical implants
Have any chronic underlying medical conditionField Trip cannot accept responsibility for customers with the above conditions or in the above situations.

Cancellation Policy.
We hope you understand that we are a small business and so have to have a strict cancellation policy.
To receive a full refund you must cancel at least 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment (minus transaction fee). We cannot offer a refund for late cancellations.
If you don’t think you can make it. You can reschedule your appointment before the 48hrs or offer your booking to a friend.
If the weather forecast could risk safety, ie storms/heavy rain/wind, we reserve the right to close the sauna due to safety concerns. In this case, full refunds are issued.
Are there any age restrictions?
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted. Children ages between 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of 1:1
